From the Desk of One Who Knows All…

Dearest Gentle Reader,

It has come to this author’s attention that the social calendar has, at last, produced an event worthy of both admiration and attendance. Tucked gracefully within the grounds of Paramont Estates, an afternoon of uncommon elegance is soon to unfold—one that promises not only refinement, but a touch of creative indulgence most rare.

This gathering, known as Petals & Porcelain: A Bridgerton Tea Party, shall be hosted by none other than Kara von ART of Paint N’ Pour, a name whispered with increasing frequency among those who appreciate beauty, artistry, and a well-curated experience. One might say she has mastered the delicate balance between sophistication and delight.

And what, you may ask, awaits those fortunate enough to secure an invitation?

Picture, if you will, a lakeside setting kissed by sunlight, where floral tablescapes bloom, porcelain glimmers, and the soft strains of a Bridgerton-inspired soundtrack drift ever so elegantly through the air. Guests shall be seated among elevated place settings, where tiered trays arrive adorned with fresh scones and jam, delicate macarons, and curated tea sandwiches—a spread most befitting the occasion. Tea flows freely, lavender lemonade refreshes the senses, and for those inclined toward a bit more merriment, a mimosa bar may be indulged.

And one must not overlook the culinary hand behind such delights. This author has learned that Charcuterie Quest, a most esteemed local purveyor, shall be catering the affair—ensuring that each bite is as thoughtfully composed as the setting itself. It seems Paramont Estates has spared no effort in assembling only the finest contributors.

Yet this is no mere tea.

Each guest is invited to don the trappings of the season—lace gloves, hand fans, fascinators, and pearls—transforming the afternoon into a living portrait of high society. And as conversation sparkles and laughter lingers, attendees shall partake in a most charming endeavor: the painting of their very own porcelain teapot. A keepsake, to be sure, but also a reflection of one’s personal flair—something this author finds endlessly revealing.

Naturally, society must be stratified, and so guests may select their experience accordingly:

The Lady of the Ton Invitation offers a most graceful introduction, while the Duchess Experience elevates one’s presence with keepsake accessories and preferred seating among the admired. For those who simply must be remembered, the Diamond of the Season tier ensures one’s place at the center of attention, complete with indulgences such as the VIP mimosa bar and the finest selections the afternoon has to offer.

Even the younger set is not forgotten. The Young Duchess experience allows for a most charming introduction to society, while the Mom & Me Duchess Package provides an opportunity for shared delight—an afternoon certain to be remembered long after the final cup has been poured.

One cannot overlook the thoughtful enhancements available, from a curated teacup and saucer set to complete one’s collection, to those extra touches that transform an outing into an occasion.

And naturally, no afternoon of such distinction would be complete without a touch of admiration and intrigue. Guests are invited to present themselves in their finest attire for a Best Dressed Voting, where elegance and creativity shall not go unnoticed. As the gathering unfolds, ballots will be quietly cast, leading to the highly anticipated Diamond of the Season Reveal—a moment in which one standout guest is honored for embodying the very essence of grace, style, and presence.

To conclude the experience, all are invited to partake in a charming Teapot Showcase, where each hand-painted creation is displayed for admiration, celebration, and perhaps a final round of lighthearted recognition. For in an afternoon such as this, it is not only appearances that dazzle—but the artistry and spirit each guest brings to the table.

It would be remiss of this author not to mention that seating is, as always, limited. And while many will express interest, only a select few shall secure their place at the table.

So one must ask…

Will you be among those spoken of? Or among those who wish they had been?

Yours most observantly,

Lady Whistledown 💌
